Our Story

I founded Stuart McDonnell Properties in 2012 after more than a decade working with high-street estate agencies. I wanted to build a boutique agency where clients knew exactly who was looking after their property and could expect clear advice, regular updates and personal attention.

Today, with 24 years’ experience in residential property, I still take that same approach. When you appoint Stuart McDonnell Properties, you work directly with me—from our first conversation through to completing your sale, arranging a letting or managing your rental property.

My work centres on Sutton, Howth, Baldoyle and the wider North Dublin area. Knowing these neighbourhoods, their homes and their buyers helps me give practical advice tailored to your property and your plans.
